A few useful details.

Does it need an internet connection?

Document processing is local. Download and install the app and any conversion software first; no cloud document service is required.

Is the web demo the full Windows app?

The web demo supports PDF merge, extraction, rotation and PNG/JPEG conversion. Explorer integration and Office conversion belong to the native Windows app.

Which version does Download open?

The button opens the newest published GitHub release, including previews, so you can choose its installer and read its release notes. A GitHub metadata failure falls back to the releases list.
